1 c. broccoli florettes
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. carrot coins
1 c. red cabbage, sliced
1 package udon or soba noodles prepared according to package directions
toasted sesame oil
Heat sesame oil on medium high in wok on stove. Once pan and oil are hot, add carrots. Stir for about a minute. Add broccoli. Stir for another minute. Add mushrooms. Yep. Another minute. Then cabbage. Keep stirring until veggies are crisp tender.
Add prepared noodles to wok. Drizzle on tamari and sesame oil. Combine and serve.
