Tomato Soup

Slightly modified recipe from Kathy Patalsky of Healthy Happy Life

20 oz. canned whole tomatoes

1 T. Tahini

1 garlic clove (peeled)

1/4 c. coconut sugar

salt to taste

1/4. c. water

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend away. Then pour into a medium size sauce pan and heat on the stove.
