Millet Breakfast Bowl

1/3 -1/2 c. cooked millet

enough nut milk to cover

1 T. ground flax seed

1 T. buckwheat groats

1 T. unsweetened coconut flakes

2 T. pecans (or nut of choice)

1 T. pepitas

1 T. dried fruit (I used cranberries)

1/4 t. cinnamon

Put millet in microwave safe bowl. Add enough “milk” to cover. Heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Eat!
